房辉教授：男，1966年2月生于云南省玉溪市。1985年7月毕业于北京大学数学系计算数学专业获得理学学士学位，1995年5月在湖南大学数学与计量经济学院获得理学硕士学位，1999年12月在四川大学获得理学博士学位。曾任国家自然科学基金委员会数学天元基金项目同行评议专家，主持完成国家自然科学基金项目和云南省自然科学基金项目各一项，发表学术论文近三十篇.
在研项目：格上动力系统的同步模式与混沌化问题（国家自然科学基金资助项目，批准号：10561004，2006年1月至2008年12月，23万元）（主持人）
研究领域：动力系统、时滞微分方程及其在经济学、金融学、生物学、神经网络、控制论等相关领域中的应用

Professor Hui Fang,Male, born in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province on February in 1966. He received the B.S. degree in Computational Mathematics from Peking University, and the M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Hunan University, and the Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Sichuan University, in 1985, 1995, and 1999, respectively. Prof. Fang served as the peer reviewer of Tianyuan Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has finished two projects supported by Natural Science Foundation of China and Yunnan Province. He has published about 30 research journal papers.
