现研究方向为决策咨询研究。参与的科研工作有《非盈利医院补偿机制研究》、《实施技术标准战略研究》、《云南教育体制改革调研》在研项目为“七彩云南快乐天堂建设研究”。近三年发表论文3篇，分别为《云南花卉产业发展研究》、《云南生态文化旅游发展研究》、《十一五和未来一个时期云南发展环境研究》。
Ma Guosheng, 38, male, a bachelor: he is an associate professor in provincial government. Now his research focuses on the decision-making and consultation. His former research involves the following projects: " A research on compensation mechanism of nonprofit hospital", " A research on the strategy of the implementing technical standard" and " Investigation into Yunnan education system reform " etc. At present he is participating in the project “A research on construction of colourful Yunnan as happy paradise” . Over the past three years, he has published 3 papers: (1) A research on Yunnan flowers industry development (2) A research on Yunnan’s ecological and cultural tourism development (3) A research on Yunnan development environment in the future
